Workflow Profiles

Chain capture → output → upload into a single keypress.

What is a Workflow?

A Workflow Profile lets you bundle a set of actions and trigger them all with one hotkey. For example: press ⌃⌘5 → region capture → copy to clipboard + upload to S3 → copy the URL.

Workflows appear in the menu bar under Workflows. You can have as many as you want, each with a different hotkey and destination.

Creating a Workflow

    Open SettingsMenu bar → Settings… → Workflows tab.
    Click +Add a new workflow profile.
    Name itGive it a descriptive name — e.g. "Screenshot → Imgur".
    Choose capture modeRegion, Full-Screen, Window, etc.
    Set after-capture actionsCopy, save, upload — pick what runs automatically.
    Set upload destinationChoose from your configured upload destinations.
    Assign a hotkeyClick the key field and press your shortcut.
    Enable itToggle the profile on. It'll appear in the menu bar and respond to its hotkey.
